In this article, we’re looking at the Rwandan connection, the history of Hutu-Tutsi conflict, which is a major factor in the current Congo (DRC) conflict. This is to ascertain whether the Rwandan massacres of the 1990s and the resultant refugee crisis was a deliberate act on Rwandan side to access Eastern Congo.
